Finally got some grub! Bryan and I walked over to the dining hall, about a mile away and i ws starving! Bryan got a cute little salad though with romaine lettuce, olives, cheese, dressing, carrots and some tomatoes. look at my boy being so healthy 😉
I, on the other hand, was STARVING so I got a nice hearty meal for lunch! The typical carrot bean pepper and spinach/romaine salad (the croutons were HUGE today!) with bowl of vegetable soup and a side of grapes. I love all the mix of colors in the vegetable soup. Although it is pretty warm today, soup definitely hit the spot. I did manage to sneak a banana from the dining hall in hopes to make a banana smoothie tonight! I’m on a smoothie kick this weekend! Any smoothie recommendatios? I’m feeling strawberries and blueberries and bananas and pinepples, but I’m not sure what juices and concoctions I should try next. Not sure what the rest of the day has in store for Bryan and I…got all my work done so now it’s time to relax and enjoy the last few weekends I have left at college!
