By getting up and getting your day started right, you’re bound to make healthier decisions throughout the day. Maybe you can’t wake up at 5 am everyday, but aim for 6 or 7am, there’s no better feeling than finishing a workout and having the rest of the day to be productive. Don’t let a single person, or Monday, get in your way of achieving your goals!
